Flight schedules, fares, availability, baggage policies, seat availability, fare restrictions, change policies, cancellation policies, and other conditions are controlled by the applicable airline, booking provider, or travel supplier.

Prices and availability may change at any time.

A displayed fare or flight option does not guarantee that the same fare or itinerary will remain available.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until the applicable booking provider, airline, or supplier has successfully completed the transaction and issued confirmation.

5. Passenger Information

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during a booking is accurate and complete.

A private jet request is an inquiry and does not constitute a confirmed aircraft reservation, charter agreement, or guarantee of availability.

Private aviation options may depend on:

  • Aircraft availability

  • Passenger count

  • Departure and arrival locations

  • Travel dates and times

  • Airport availability

  • Aircraft operating limitations

  • Crew availability

  • Weather

  • Routing

  • Operational requirements

  • Pricing

  • Provider approval

Private jet arrangements may be fulfilled by independent aircraft operators, charter companies, brokers, aircraft owners, or other aviation providers.

Once a private aviation arrangement is confirmed, the applicable provider's agreement, terms, cancellation provisions, payment requirements, and other conditions will apply.

7. Private Jet Quotes

Private jet quotes are based on information available at the time the quote is prepared.

A quote may change before confirmation due to aircraft availability, itinerary changes, operational requirements, fuel costs, airport fees, taxes, repositioning requirements, or other circumstances.

A quote does not guarantee availability unless and until the applicable provider confirms the arrangement.

8. Pricing

Travel prices and availability may change at any time before a transaction is completed.

The total price presented at the time of booking may include airfare, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges.

Additional charges may apply for services such as baggage, seat selection, itinerary changes, special requests, or other optional services.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the total cost and applicable conditions before completing a transaction.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed by ANC Flights, an airline, booking platform, travel supplier, payment processor, private aviation provider, or another third-party service provider.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction according to the terms presented during the booking process.

Payment transactions may be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
