Listed Private Jet Journey — $100 Planning & Booking Fee
For private jet journeys already listed on ANC Flights. The journey has already been researched and selected, so the fee covers reviewing the customer's request, assisting with the reservation, and coordinating the booking.

CUSTOM Private Jet Journey — $250 One-Time Planning & Booking Fee
For private aviation requests, this fee covers reviewing your travel needs, researching available private jet options, coordinating flight details, and assisting with the booking process.

Custom Travel Planning — $150 One-Time Planning Fee
For travelers who want personalized assistance beyond self-service booking, this fee covers customized flight research and planning based on your travel dates, destinations, airports, cabin preferences, number of travelers, and other flight-related needs. Limited supporting travel arrangements, such as hotel accommodations and ground transportation, may also be included when they are part of your travel request. This service does not include full-service vacation planning or destination itinerary planning.

Changes After Booking
Supplier change fees may apply. Additional ANC Flights service fees may apply for requests requiring additional planning or assistance.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the applicable airline or supplier's cancellation and refund policies.

Important Fee Policy

All ANC Flights service fees are non-refundable. This includes the Listed Private Jet Journey — $100 Planning & Booking Fee, $250 Private Jet Journey planning and booking fee and the $150 Custom Travel Planning fee. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that these service fees are non-refundable.

Airfare, aircraft costs, hotels, transportation, taxes, baggage fees, seat fees, supplier charges, and other travel costs are separate from ANC Flights service fees and are subject to the applicable airline or supplier's pricing, terms, cancellation, and refund policies.
